Our Owner and President Mark Rowe has been in the industry since 1983. We’re the New Kid in Town, but for decades now, we have been building what would become J Henry Mechanical Inc. From building 100 Apartment Units to Servicing Mamaw’s house, we’ve done pretty much everything there is to do in the HVAC field.
Continuing Education is a must in the ever changing field of Heating, Cooling and Indoor Air Quality. Between Code changes and changes from the DOE and EPA, all of our people stay up to date and take the latest courses available.

Papaw Rowe, James Henry Rowe, could do anything. And Heating and Cooling was one of the things he did best. So it was only natural I wanted to be a Heating and Cooling guy too. When My sons, Chuck and Tyler wanted to follow me into the trade, I couldn’t have been prouder. Between the 3 of us, we now have over 60 years of experience working for some of the biggest contractors in the Mid-Atlantic region. 2019 was a trying year for all of us and in 2020, my boys and I decided to take a leap of faith and start our own outfit. J Henry Mechanical Incorporated, is a new, family operated, Commercial, Residential, and Multi-Family Heating Ventilation and Cooling Contractor. We cut our teeth working for Companies like Parrish Services, AMTek, Design Build Mechanical, Mid-Atlantic Air and Mechanical, B3 Enterprises LLC, and TR Mechanical LLC.
Our senior people have performed new construction, and service for General Contractor’s such as John Moriarty and Associates, Renovations Unlimited, Ironfish Construction, and literally hundreds of businesses and homeowners all over Northern Virginia.
We have worked with owner management companies such as Greystar, Winfield and Associates, Buchanan Partners, Mission Rock Residential, Virginia Real Properties, Blackfin, and TruAmerica. And we service independently owned businesses and homes all over Northern Virginia.
